2nd floor bedrooms
All our bedrooms are individually designed, so please have a look at each room description and decide which room you prefer. All are extremely well appointed and have been completely refurbished in the past couple of years.
Room 8 CONWY
Large and spacious Double, Twin or family room situated on 2nd floor . This room enjoys the morning sunshine and has beautiful panoramic view over the town, the local hills and toward the Snowdonia mountain range.
The room is decorated in pale cream with contrasting bedlinen and soft furnishings. Room 8 has been completely refurbished and is one of our most popular rooms. Please note that this bedroom can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children as the single bed has a stowoway bed which is a single bed with sprung mattress suitable for children up to aged 11/12 (max). An adjustment to the tariff will be made for an additional child ( according to age). The room has a flat screen 22" colour TV with Freeview,DVD player, clock radio alarm, hairdryer, tissues and a comprehensive hospitality tray with unlimited supplies, Snowdon mineral water and chocolates. Thermostatically controlled radiator .
Well appointed en-suite bathroom with bath and over bath power shower , copious hot water, luxury toiletries, large fluffy white towels and heated towel rail.
Room 9 PENRHYN
Beautifully appointed Double room with lovely picture window affording panoramic views over the town and distant hills. The room has a cosy, cottagey feel and is a very popular room which has been completely refurbished with cream painted furniture to complement the tranquil mint green and pinks of the soft furnishings. This is one of my favourite rooms as it is very relaxing and I love the view .

Room 10 MOSTYN
Our only designated single room, but equally as well-appointed as all our other rooms, and more spacious than most single rooms ( larger than some double rooms in other places!).
It overlooks the front of the property and has panoramic views over the town and distant hills. Beautifully decorated in pale yellow with cream and pastel coloured soft furnishings.

Room 11 LLEWELYN
This is a Double Room on the 2nd floor on the side of the property and it has views towards the Happy Valley, Camera Obscura and Great Orme, including the Cable Car. It is a cosy Double room which has a romantic feel, and is decorated with quality furnishings and luxury fabrics in rich warm colours complementing the cream furniture and bed .

Room 14 GREAT ORME
Another of our very popular rooms available as a Double or Twin Room. It is rear facing with an open aspect towards the Great Orme. Newly refurbished with quality furnishings and luxury fabrics in classic seaside colours of cream and blue. Super Kingsize 6ft bed with sprung mattress or available as Twin bed option .
