BOOKING PROCEDURE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that all reservations are confirmed in writing together with a deposit of £30 (non-refundable) per person. In the event of cancellation with less than 14 days notice prior to the date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the accommodation in full unless we are able to subsequently re-let the room.
INSURANCE
May we remind you that a booking constitutes a contract and you may wish to arrange Holiday Insurance to cover you for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
PAYMENT
We accept most major debit/credit cards, cash or £ sterling cheque( with guarantee card) in settlement of your final bill.
ONE NIGHT STAYS
If you wish to book online, we have a minimum stay policy of 2 nights. However, we may be able to accept one night bookings, so suggest that you phone 01492 876170 to check availability.If we can fit you in, we will try our best to do so.

CHECK-IN AND DEPARTURE
As we are a family-run Guest House ,we always greet our guests personally, and it is always helpful if guests can indicate their anticipated arrival time on the booking request form.Our usual check-in/departure times are as indicated below:
Check-in : from 2.00pm
Check-out: by 10.30am on day of departure
By prior arrangement, rooms may be available from 12pm.
If guests anticipate arriving after 7pm, please indicate on the booking form or advise us by phone.
FAMILY CELEBRATIONS
Whilst we do not cater for single sex groups, stag or hen parties, we are able to provide a 'special place' where family and friends may come together to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or just an opportunity to meet up .
Holcombe House is the ideal location for private family celebrations and can accommodate up to 20 people in our 9 bedrooms.
