We invite guests to share our beautiful home which has been lovingly and tastefully restored. The previous owners received The Gold Award from “Visit Wales” from 2013-2018, recognising all their hard work. Roy and Jose are the new owners. Since opening in February we are striving to maintain that standard, and are preparing for our assessment by “Visit Wales”. We invite all our guests to enjoy our beautifully restored home. From the moment you arrive and are greeted we want you to enjoy your stay with us in our lovely home, in a safe, warm and friendly environment.
Lounge
Our elegant guest lounge retains much of its original character with its decorative moulded ceilings with ornate plasterwork and frieze. Crystal chandeliers, a warm cosy fire and comfortable sofas ensure that this is the ideal room for reading, relaxing or meeting with family and friends.
We have a selection of books,including local guides and maps, magazines and board games which guests are welcome to use at all times.
Dining Room
A full Welsh breakfast, with plenty of choice, is served in our well appointed, bright and sunny Dining Room, with all rooms having individual tables. Our Guest Book can testify to the reputation and quality of our breakfasts (some of our guests set off early on their arrival day to enjoy one of Tony’s breakfasts to start their holiday!) . Our breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and we aim to use local produce and suppliers wherever possible, with our sausages and bacon supplied by our local butcher.
Guests can choose from a wide selection, with a freshly prepared fruit salad ,grapefruit, cereals, local Llaeth y Llan fruit/plain yoghurts to start with, followed by a full Welsh breakfast (or a lighter option, if preferred) to help start the day before enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
We offer a vegetarian breakfast if preferred and if guests have any other special dietary requests, or food allergies we will happily accommodate this- just let us know.
Breakfast is usually served between 8.00 a.m. and 9 a.m. However if you are on business, or prefer to start the day earlier, we are very flexible and can offer an earlier breakfast.
